Double Deep Racking
Two-deep pallet storage increases storage density while retaining access through a planned forklift aisle layout.
More depth. Fewer aisles.
TECNO LOGAMNUSANTARADirect access. Flexible storage.
A versatile pallet storage system with individual access to each pallet, suited to warehouses handling many SKUs.
Discuss your project All productsEach pallet rests on a pair of beams and is reached directly from the forklift aisle. Different products can be assigned separate locations, without moving neighbouring pallets to retrieve stock.
Direct access makes stock identification, picking and replenishment straightforward. Adjustable beam levels accommodate different load heights within the engineered rack design.
Suitable for distribution centres, spare-parts warehouses and mixed-product inventory with many SKUs and frequent pallet movements. A practical choice when access to each pallet matters more than maximum storage density.
Every rack row needs operating aisle access, so this layout uses more aisle space than deep-lane systems. Match beam levels and aisle widths to the actual loads and forklift.
Pallet dimensions, loaded pallet weight, forklift turning space and clear height determine the layout.
Final dimensions, load ratings and system performance are determined by project-specific engineering and confirmed in the technical proposal.

Selective Pallet Racking
Two-deep pallet storage increases storage density while retaining access through a planned forklift aisle layout.
More depth. Fewer aisles.A pallet racking arrangement designed around VNA trucks to use warehouse height and reduce aisle space.
Selective access. Compact aisles.Forklifts enter storage lanes to place pallets on support rails, reducing the number of operating aisles.
Dense storage for batch inventory.
