Selective Pallet Racking
A versatile pallet storage system with individual access to each pallet, suited to warehouses handling many SKUs.
Direct access. Flexible storage.
TECNO LOGAMNUSANTARAMore depth. Fewer aisles.
Two-deep pallet storage increases storage density while retaining access through a planned forklift aisle layout.
Discuss your project All productsPallets are stored two positions deep. A compatible double-deep reach truck handles the rear position, but the front pallet normally has to be removed before the rear pallet can be retrieved.
Fewer access aisles can provide more pallet locations within the same building footprint than a comparable selective layout.
Suitable for reserve stock and repeated batches with several pallets of the same SKU. Grouping matching goods in each pair reduces unnecessary reshuffling.
Access is less selective. Stock normally follows first-in, last-out within a pair; this is not a natural fit for strict first-in, first-out rotation. Confirm truck reach and capacity at the required height.
Confirm reach-truck compatibility, pallet grouping, floor flatness and fire-protection requirements.
Final dimensions, load ratings and system performance are determined by project-specific engineering and confirmed in the technical proposal.

Double Deep Racking
A versatile pallet storage system with individual access to each pallet, suited to warehouses handling many SKUs.
Direct access. Flexible storage.A pallet racking arrangement designed around VNA trucks to use warehouse height and reduce aisle space.
Selective access. Compact aisles.Forklifts enter storage lanes to place pallets on support rails, reducing the number of operating aisles.
Dense storage for batch inventory.
