HOW IT WORKS & BENEFITS
How the system works
A newly loaded pallet pushes earlier pallets back on wheeled carts along inclined rails. When the front pallet is removed, the next pallet moves forward under controlled gravity.
Key advantages
Provides deep storage with loading and retrieval from one aisle, while the forklift remains outside the storage lane.

Where it fits
Suitable for batches of the same SKU where last-in, first-out handling is acceptable, including selected cold-store applications.
Choosing the right system
Normally use one SKU per lane. It is unsuitable for strict FIFO within that lane; actual pallets and load weights must suit the cart system.
Planning considerations
Confirm pallet quality, loaded weight range, lane depth and stock rotation requirements.
Final dimensions, load ratings and system performance are determined by project-specific engineering and confirmed in the technical proposal.
