HOW IT WORKS & BENEFITS
How the system works
Pallets enter at the higher loading end and travel along inclined rollers to a separate picking end. Braking and separation devices manage movement and access to the front pallet.

Supports first-in, first-out rotation and separates replenishment from retrieval, reducing interference between the two activities.

Where it fits
Suitable for repeated pallet movements, production buffers and goods with shelf-life or batch-rotation requirements.
Choosing the right system
Requires access at both ends. Test the actual pallet base and minimum-to-maximum load range; damaged or incompatible pallets can interrupt flow. FIFO does not by itself manage expiry dates.
Planning considerations
Roller compatibility and flow performance must be checked with the actual pallet and loaded weight range.
Final dimensions, load ratings and system performance are determined by project-specific engineering and confirmed in the technical proposal.
