HOW IT WORKS & BENEFITS
How the system works
A powered shuttle carries pallets along a deep storage lane. The forklift handles pallets at the lane entrance and transfers the shuttle between lanes when required.

Where it fits
Suitable for large batches of palletised food, beverages and other repeated loads. Cold-store operation requires a shuttle specified for the actual temperature.
Choosing the right system
The forklift still performs handling at the rack face. One-ended access normally supports FILO; two-ended arrangements can support FIFO. Plan batteries, shuttle availability and product allocation by lane.
Planning considerations
Lane depth, pallet specifications, operating temperature and movement frequency determine the shuttle configuration.
Final dimensions, load ratings and system performance are determined by project-specific engineering and confirmed in the technical proposal.
